1. The regular check-in time is from 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.Deviations may be possible upon prior arrangement. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning team are liable for any resulting costs and expenses.

2. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in shared areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking policy will result in a €250 fine plus the costs of special cleaning and any necessary repairs.

3. Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited.

4. Only registered guests are allowed. Any guest count exceeding the number stated in the reservation is not permitted. A fee of €80 per night will be charged for each unauthorized guest.

5. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys.

6. Noise monitoring systems may be installed in the apartments to detect excessive noise levels.

7. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the property and its facilities. Any damages must be reported to us immediately.

Booking a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with these house rules. Guests who violate the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses. Non-compliance may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.
